They were out of alot of supplies: no napkins no ketchup in containers no diet drinks available in the machine. Several people were complainimg about the temperature. It was 39 degrees outside amd colder inside the restaurant! They stated they couldnt adjust the thermostat and it had been worked on that morning but only stayed warm 30 minutes. Also we ordered a burger with no onions but they were on the burger even though the receipt stated none. Thank you!
The ABSOLUTE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT in Teays Valley. I don't even think they deserve 1 star. EVERY TIME I go to this location they mess up my order and NEVER have drink trays. When you try to speak to the manager they walk away and don't come back without so much as an I am sorry for the error. I can guarantee I will not spend another dollar at this location. If you are in the area go to ANY of the other restaurants for better service and food.
Ordered spicy chicken combo, chicken sandwich was old, cold. Also ordered 4pc chicken nuggets they also were old, cold. Nothing worse than old cold fast food
I've eaten a lot of fast food and Wendy's plenty of times. This one was fast clean fresh and my sandwich was even presentable looking. It wasn't thrown together like normal. somebody actually took the extra second to put everything on their straight.
Consistently the worst Wendy's location I have visited.
Service is always extremely slow and drive-through orders are more likely to be wrong than correct. This visit, it took ten minutes before someone could be bothered to take my order. Then I received a sandwich without the bacon or cheese I paid for and a fry container only half full. That is a fairly consistent experience with what I usually get from this location.
