If going to the drive through, be aware that wait times for even simple orders can be LONG. If there is more than one car in the drive through at once, be prepared to wait longer. The parking spots to the right upon exiting are a good place to pull aside if you need to check your order for accuracy (and I would recommend doing that at this location.
I love this Arbys. I have been coming here since I can remember. They always have the good sandwiches. But ask anyone that lives here: does the drive-through take long? I guarantee they will say yeah usually. I don't know what it is but if you have a car with 2 or 3 other people it takes forever for them to give you food. The food is delicious though. Inside they have a bathroom and it's connected to a BP so you have a lot of drink and snack options. I would recommend this as a stopping spot.
I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella sticks. It took 20 minutes to get them out. Never was given an explanation of why it was taking so long, they just kept saying they'd be out soon. After I finally got them I went out to the car and found out they had only given me 4, but on my receipt it said I did, in fact, pay for 6. But don't worry, for our long wait they gave me extra marinara. So luckily I had 4 marinara sauces for the 4 mozzarella sticks that I had.
Always great service and food.
If you are travelling through or don't mind going down the road, there is a full size Arby's in Hurricane with amazing service and food that is typically much better quality.
