I love Magic Mart ! I wish there was one closer to me ,and I don't think think they are over priced at all .

I still struggle as to how any Magic Mart stays in business. Prices are ridiculous on most things. Especially toys. I have found that you can occasionally locate hard to find items here.
My son and I were in the store and treated very rudely. We walked into the electronics section, and I picked up a ukulele (why the ukes were for sale in electronics is beyond me). I strummed it once and handed it to my seventeen-year-old son, after he asked to see it. A store clerk took it away from us and put it back on the shelf and informed me that customers were not allowed to touch the guitars or ukuleles because they didn't like to have to replace strings. She was hateful and walked away without saying anything else.
If that is the way that Magic Mart trains its employees, then it certainly explains why the store was so empty on a Friday during the holiday season.
One, I cannot imagine purchasing ANY musical instrument without first playing it. In my opinion, it would be foolish to do so. Two, I am a grown man and know to be careful with things I handle in stores, and I was quite offended by the way the employee treated us.
Some things are high priced; like some clothing; but other things are a real bargain!
