If I could give 0 * I would. This is the worse Elder Beerman I have ever been in. I was in to purchase some Chanel Perfume. I waited at the counter for aboit 20 minutes when an employee finally said she would be with me. She then continued to talk to a lady about life, not the store or buying anything. After waiting 15 more minutes I left without buying anything. Will never go back.
I was in the store this afternoon. I wanted to buy a coat. I waited 20 minutes without seeing a single employee. The coat I wanted had no tags. Since no one offered assistance, I left without buying anything. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Employees are rude and no one is at the register to help. And when u ask for help they get snooty with you... I love the store but employees not so much!!!

Always a mediocre experience for me. Merchandise is of nice quality for the price, but the employees have never been very friendly or helpful.
