I follow service by the book on Grand Caravan. My first transmission service was done at 60,000. Northside serviced per Chrysler recommended drop pan, replace filter and replace fluid that was lost. I moved to area, this was closest dealer. Dropped van off at 120K for transmission service. Not knowing until picked up, they flushed a non-flush transmission and did not replace filter. They also added BG additive which Chrysler prohibits. Two weeks later my transmission went out. Will now drive my 3 Chrysler vehicles an hour away to service with another Chrysler dealer. Had tried to avoid bad review, my first experience here was with our new Jeep. Went in for first oil change and they were extremely rude with my wife. I really miss the quality service and friendly atmosphere of COURTS CHRYSLER.
I should not be made guilty for having people to do their job. This on its own is the reason I will not be back to purchase the vehicle. This old fashioned pushy car sales is the reason I would not recommend you all to anyone in the future. I will take my business elsewhere to somewhere I am treated as a valued customer rather than a nuisance.
I stopped by yesterday afternoon to look at a car and check to see about pricing. The car was dirty inside but drove well and I was greeted quickly by Chase. I told him that I would like to test drive and see what the value would be on my car. They offered a lower amount than I expected and quoted a much higher interest rate than I was expecting. Also after telling what term and down-payment I was wanting to do they multiple times asked If I could put down more money and use a completely different term. After telling the Finance manager (name Jim I believe) that I would like a copy of the paper and to sleep on the offer he completely ignored what I had asked (for the second time in this exchange) and brought another gentleman in to try to push me into purchasing the vehicle. After finally convincing this second gentleman that I would like to sleep on the offer and would like the copy of the paperwork he begrudgingly made a copy all while trying to make me feel guilty for them doing their job.
Aside from the business being conducted there was casual conversation and story telling. Like hanging out with friends or family. I recommend Walker's to everyone.
Great place. Unlike some other car dealerships this place takes good care of you. Both the sales department and especially the service department are fantastic. They treat you with respect and do their best to take care of you. Highly recommend this auto dealership.
Stopped by to get a price for my son, the people were great. I was amazed how nice every one was. I highly recommend this dealership.
My experience here is 100% positive. I knew exactly what I wanted and worked with Greg and Tom to find what I was looking for, discuss the price, and have it delivered. All of this was accomplished in a very timely manner, and Greg and Tom were extremely personable and down to earth. Not pushy at all.
