Looking to buy a camper last week and decided to stop and see some of them at Burdettes in Hurricane, wv. My wife and I were looking for a travel trailer preowned and was on the lot for 45 min and I know the salesman saw me because he was outside when I pulled in and I parked in front of the front door, this is not even the issue...... finally we are tired of waiting and a salesman came outside as we were climbing in my truck and asked if he could help us, lmbo. I was nice and decided to ask about the price on a used camper we both liked and his answer was--------- $17,990 and I asked how negotiable he was on price, his reply was price is firm I don't have time for pricing games and they are all priced to sell take it or leave it, ok after gritting my teeth I controlled my anger and replied no thanks I'm done here. DO NOT BUY FROM BURDETTES especially in Hurricane. Oh and by the way. We bought one elsewhere same day!!!!
I will never buy here again. Customer service is not well at all. They are very fast to take your money. After that good luck. They sold me A new 2017. Here we are almost one year and still have not taken care of the warranty work. And the parts they want to put on are used. NEVER BUY HERE... there campers are junk.
