It's been a longer wait time recently but the employees are so friendly at this one in teaysvalley , compared to kan city they are really rude there if you don't like your job find something you do like and we can enjoy coming to the DMV where we all dread. Have a great day
The wait time is always hours long. Today 3 of the 8 counters were not open with people standing and sitting on the floor. They took my money and failed to forward my paperwork which resulted in a whole day of issues. The supervisor Jill Patterson, blamed it on another office. I've been back 3 times to fix their mistake and have waited hours. Save your time and drive to another DMV.

Very fast for the number of people who come here. Just know waits will be longer on Fridays, especially at the beginning or end of the month, and know what you need to prepare beforehand, and you'll be in and out in no time.
Came in to change my name on my license. Woman asked if I had my new SS card and I told her I hadn't and before I could continue and tell her I had my marriage certificate she rudely interrupted me saying I HAD to have my new one. The website clearly states that all I would need for proof of name change is my marriage license. Change your website or get better employees.
