Lost my down comforter. Cant get reimbursed for the loss. Been 6 months waiting now. Will never recommend them
I came to wash some large comforters during the evening, and only two of the large capacity machines were in working order. Both machines were filthy and there were debris left in the machines. The change machine was out of order, the soap dispenser was out of order, and there was a leak in the ceiling. I just decided to take my comforters to another establishment.
I've been here 2 times now and both times there has been washers that say out of order and ones that a person can use. Even the ones ya can use takes your money. There's no way to get more change cuz their machine doesn't work. Left a message for someone to call me back and nothin. I've lost about $12.00 now cuz these stupid machines!!! I wouldn't bring your clothes here less your rich!! Js

Every big washer is out of order but 1... let me rephrase this, almost everything but the snack and pop machine are out of order
