The items are great quality but I have had many problems with receiving my orders. I have ordered two state championship rings which took more than 2 months for me to receive as well as a class ring that I ordered over a month ago and have no received yet. I try to email and ask questions about the status of my order and I am constantly told that "the order is in the final stage of production" etc. Great products, bad service.

I can't even get started on the staff. The friendliest family to date ive met at a jewelers.
I am a parent of a student from spring valley. We ordered championship rings for volleyball in December we were told they would be ready in feburary, then in march we were told we would have them still nothing. It is now end of April we still don't have them. Parents have called and left messages and numbers. Nobody has ever returned a call I believe we deserve a call back and a discount on our rings. Very poor business
