I'm a very upset patient. Med Express has forever lost me and my family as future patients! I was unaware my daughters father dropped her on insurance2015 (not med express fault). Although!!! They waited two years to send me a bill ???? I called and questioned it and they offered to let me make $35.00 payments until it was paid off. I agreed to the payment arrangements. I only have $89.00 to pay on it. I sent my normal $35.00 payment in and it cleared the bank on December 1st 2017, they sent me to collections on December 4th 2017!!. I will never step foot into another med express. This is horrible customer service. Iv never not paid our bills nor have I ever been turned into collection! !! They have messed with my credit and I assure them come 8am when I call over this, I will also be calling the better business Bureau!
Have always received exemplary care, whether they were packed or not. Some waits were longer due to shear volume of patients, but always excellent care.
Do not go here for your DOT PHYSICALS. Got my physical done here and they filled out the paperwork wrong.
Worst experience, waited over 2 hours to be seen. Computers were down and they were trying to get pre auths before seeing people.
My experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, got in and out in a timely manner and Dr. Maiers was great.
