The instrucors I met were nice but the staff by the front door wasnt very welcoming. I didnt even know where i was suppised to go. And i wasnt too fond of the daycare either. Just snobby teenage girls.
Like I said I have been to a ton of gyms, and loved this one.
Great atmosphere and super friendly staff, I got a 2 day pass and enjoyed myself thoroughly. It has that old school mom and pop run gym feel that Golds, Lifetime etc miss out with out the dirt, grime or meat heads...Fantastic workout....
Decent gym with a lot of equipment options and even an indoor grill. On the downside, it is kind of a dark/drab, windowless environment.
This gym is amazing! Great and helpful staff!
However this gym has a well stocked, and worn but loved weight room that is perfect. I did overhead squats, Cleans and some side work while I was there...They have the usual class' that had far more energy then I am used to seeing and a functional fitness area with a Olympic Platform, Bumpers and Turf field.
