We ordered a sectional with Teays Valley. A few issues arose with the sectional not being in stock; however, Roger and his crew stepped in and helped solve it. Thank you for helping get our sectional and working through it at all costs. Truly appreciate it!

One star is one too many. Purchased one of their BOGO specials....then only one was delivered. Their first excuse? Oh, they weren't the same color so we must have thought there was only one to ship. The second excuse? Oh, we MUST have missed it. Really? It wasn't on the truck - I would assume it was missed! Then, calling to establish if it would be on the next truck, was told by the Store Manager to have patience and let him see if he could find the order and see if it would be delivered. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR THAT 'FABULOUS' CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOUT. So much for shopping there..................
