Does an excellent job with the standard quick lube multi point checks and cleaning. Needed an air filter but decided to change it myelf. Cost in line with other quick lube places.

Was incredibly expensive. Asked for an oil change only, they swept out my car and cleaned my windows, charged me for a full service. I feel jipped. Will not return.
It is usually 10 minutes. If you have to wait, it is a little longer.
Rounded off my drain plug. Now, no other place around will touch it because they're afraid of being sued if it breaks off. There's a reason that oil drain plugs are supposed to be torqued by hand. 10 minutes...30 minutes...fine. But do the job right.
